Welcome to SprkForge LLC! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SprkForge LLC website (the "Platform"). By using SprkForge LLC, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of SprkForge LLC

SprkForge LLC is a creative connector platform that allows customers with an idea to connect with skilled Makers who can bring that idea to life. SprkForge LLC currently operates as a free beta service to help facilitate communication between Customers and Makers. Use of the platform is limited to individuals 18 years or older.

2. User Roles

Customers: Individuals who post ideas or project requests seeking custom handmade creations.

Makers: Skilled artisans who view posted ideas and may reach out via email to discuss and potentially create those projects.

3. Authenticity of Work

All items created through SprkForge LLC must be genuinely handmade by the Maker. Reselling items purchased from other stores or sources is not permitted. The purpose of SprkForge LLC is to foster original craftsmanship, not resale.

4. No Sale of Crafting Supplies or Materials

SprkForge LLC is designed to connect customers with Makers who create custom, handmade projects. It is not a marketplace for selling crafting materials, tools, or supplies. Any accounts using the site primarily for the sale of supplies may be removed at our discretion.

5. Respect for Intellectual Property

All users must respect the intellectual property rights of others. You may not post, request, or create projects that infringe upon or misuse copyrighted characters, logos, brand names, or other protected materials owned by third parties (e.g., Disney, Nintendo, Marvel). Makers and Customers are responsible for ensuring that their projects do not violate any intellectual property rights.

6. Appropriate and Respectful Content

All ideas, images, and communications shared on the Platform must be appropriate for a general audience. Users may not post or create projects that include or promote offensive, sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate material. We reserve the right to remove content or accounts that violate this rule.

7. Privacy and Data Use

SprkForge LLC values your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or trade users' personal information to third parties. Any information provided is used solely for operating the Platform and improving the user experience.

8. Beta Version Notice

SprkForge LLC is currently in beta. Features and functionality may change. By using the Platform during this period, you acknowledge that the service may experience limited functionality or downtime.

SprkForge LLC may introduce paid features or transition to a subscription-based service in the future. Users will receive advance notice of any changes and may discontinue use if they do not wish to subscribe.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Platform. You may also stop using SprkForge LLC at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability & User Responsibility

SprkForge LLC provides a platform connecting Customers and Makers. We are not responsible for any agreements, transactions, communications, or outcomes between users, and we do not guarantee the quality, delivery, or results of any services or products. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

Users are responsible for their own safety and must exercise caution when interacting with others. This includes:

• Protecting personal and financial information.
• Using care with payments or exchanges.
• Avoiding in-person meetings unless safe and mutually agreed upon.
• Being responsible for your own safety and security in all interactions.

By using the Platform, you agree that SprkForge LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from your use of the Platform or interactions with other users.
